GameWarden
Privacy Policy
Effective August 15, 2026.
What we handle
GameWarden uses the minimum account and service data needed to provide account access, shared-host features, and support.
- Clerk handles authentication. GameWarden receives an account identifier and display or username data, never your Clerk password.
- We store account server-limit settings, role, host or cluster membership, onboarding use category, optional website or Discord links, and hashed Shared Access invite metadata. We do not store an invitee email.
- Relay, presence, security, and audit metadata can include identifiers, timestamps, request outcomes, and privacy-minimal host labels. It excludes game files, game configuration, raw credentials, and full local paths.
Public-information review
To apply the non-commercial free-use policy, GameWarden may review public server listings, advertising, and links voluntarily supplied in account onboarding. We do not inspect private host files, machine contents, credentials, RCON, or player data for this purpose.
Processors and retention
Clerk provides authentication. Cloudflare provides hosting, Workers, relay, and D1 storage. Google AdSense may serve ads on public marketing pages; it is not loaded on signed-in account or dashboard pages. We retain data only while needed for account access, security, support, or legal duties, then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
For access, correction, deletion, or questions about your account data, contact Krusty Studios through Support. Deleting an account can remove shared-host membership; limited security records may remain for the stated retention purpose.
